Gov. proposes selling L.A. Coliseum, other properties to raise cash

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

We'll never, ever be able to replace these properties, and even 1 billion isn't enough right now to make a real difference. We won't see the benefits for years, and we'll be feeling the effects of the loss of these properties forever!!

I don't believe that any bureaucracy should ever sell real estate. That goes for Boy Scouts, Churches and governments. You can never get that land back, and at some point, you'll really wish you had it. Lease it, lend it, whatever - but do not sell it.

Ok.... I'm done with my tantrum. Thanks for listening.

The Princess And The Frog

Wow... this looks really good! Very striking visually. Better than Aladdin or Little Mermaid, and at least on par with Beauty and the Beast and Lion King. The voodoo magic makes for an interesting villain story, as little as we can see. Looks like a hit!

It's so true...

“ The weirder you’re going to behave, the more normal you should look. It works in reverse, too. When I see a kid with three or four rings in his nose, I know there is absolutely nothing extraordinary about that person.

Sure, I've moved on from Bush Bashing

But this is really funny. I especially like the book!

I wonder when we're finally going to be able to joke about Obama? Most comedians are still avoiding making jokes about him. Right now, it seems as though Joe Biden is taking all the hits. Not that he doesn't deserve them...

Here's what the LA Times wrote about the subject

It seems as though SNL has been able to do a little Obama-joshing. Other than that, most comedians haven't found the groove on him yet.
