and clicking on the Games section. Scroll down and there's a link for Create Your Own South Park Character.

I then took a screen shot of my character, opened it in Photoshop and cropped it and converted it to a .jpg. I liked it well enough that I also put it in as my LiveJournal picture too!; 2:31 PM
