IS GEORGE BUSH THE WORST PRESIDENT -- EVER?:

"Buchanan set the standard, a tough record to beat. But there are serious people who believe that George W. Bush will prove to do that, be worse than Buchanan."

The writer is clearly biased. But, he brings up a few good points, and the debate is clearly on. There will be discussion for years about Bush's presidency - and it won't be about his "accomplishments." If he's lucky, we'll be discussing how jhe narrowly avoided complete failure, we certainly won't be talking about his glowing record.
